Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Re-Cycle Mobility!

All items have a 30 day warranty period from the purchase date.

If you change your mind and want to return an item, this must be done within 14 days of delivery. Postage costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your item must be in the same condition you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your returned item, we will confirm the status of your refund request after inspecting the item.

If your refund request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Returns

We will arrange a courier to collect your returned item.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
