My disabled foster son required a suitable wheelchair until we could get one from other services. Frank was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure it was suitable. Even helping us to make further adjustments and adaptations to suit his individual needs. You can tell that Frank really cares about his customers. We are so glad we found his shop. Frank has been really helpful in finding the right wheelchair as well as ensuring it was the right size and set up for me. I also asked if he wouldn’t mind fitting a few side guards and an anti tipper to the wheelchair I had chosen I sourced the parts and got them sent there and he kindly fitted them for me to which was a great help to me. I found his prices and his quick delivery great too.

Frank also assisted me with finding the right cushion for my power chair that I have. I use it on long days out and on tough terrain, so I needed one that would be comfortable and also provide pressure relief throughout the day. I feel he took all my needs into consideration and sent me a roho cushion as he felt that it might meet my needs. After trying the roho cushion out I found it really helpful and I’m grateful for his assistance in finding the correct cushion for me.

Frank at RCB Mobility has been an absolute angel! I went with my partner to get my first Quickie wheelchair, which Frank was selling for a very good price, and was completely put at ease.
He allowed me to try the chair to ensure a good fit, checked himself visually that he agreed it to be a good fit, talked us through all the mechanisms and adjustments, and told us that a large amount of the parts had either been replaced to new and/ or serviced entirely (by him of course)! He was friendly, and really showed genuine care for what he does and it clearly matters to him.
Since purchase, Frank has also been amazing with me asking for advice, questions, helping me source accessories like cushions and push rim covers, and overall has absolutely gone above and beyond! He has always ensured me that he is happy to help if I ever need anything, and always responds quickly and in great depth, and continues to until any issue is resolved or both parties feel happy and comfortable!
He even went completely out of his way to help me find a missing part for my power-assisted add-on, sourced and transported my chair to someone he knew could fit this specialist part for me, and returned my chair in perfect working condition!

I recently needed to buy a wheelchair for my hubby who is immobile and living in a care home. The manager suggested a particular chair, with some adjustments, and Frank went to great lengths to supply and deliver the said chair. He didn’t just deliver it, he ensured that the staff hoisted John into it to make absolutely sure that it was correct. His conscience wouldn’t allow him to leave the chair as it wasn’t a good fit for John – Frank assures me that John needs a made to measure wheelchair and has written a letter to that effect to support the manager’s request for Wiltshire Wheelchair Services to assess John.

When I went to the shop, I had a chair in mind, but it happened that Frank just finished refurbishing another one that was the perfect fit. I tried it out, and Frank was observing the chair and how it fitted me. We bith agreed this was the one.
My Quickie Helium is wonderful. Frank even found off-road wheels for me. Now I go around in style, and I didn’t kill my bank account doing so.
You can also ask for a custom paint job if you’d like!

Spoke with Frank on frog leg castors and foot plate problem! On a Cyclone XLR8 that cost close to £5000 and supplied by them’ I was Disappointed when they said they couldn’t supply spare parts, but could provide me with another chair obviously had a similar cost? Frank went away and checked and yesterday my perfect Christmas present not only did Frank replace all the parts they said they couldn’t he reset the chair up better than it’s ever been and I can’t recommend him highly enough. I have been searching for a while for a active user wheelchair to replace my current one, I found RCB Mobility.Frank was very helpfull and understanding and took time to make sure that the Kuschall chair I was interested in was right for me.he took time to adjust the chair to fit my needs,nothing was to much trouble.The chair was refurbished to very high standard (like new) and was less than half the price of a new one,I would highly recommend a visit to RCB if you are looking for mobility aids.

I made contact with RCB mobility wanting some advice on models and sizing for a paediatric wheelchair. The end to end service I received was fantastic, not only on the guidance I received, but the support and confidence knowing that I would be getting something appropriate.
I am not based in Bristol, but once we identified the most appropriate wheelchair the delivery was within 24hrs, and I was able to make contact out of hours if I had any questions.
I would highly recommend this company. Pricing was extremely competitive too.

Frank is such a genuine and decent guy. He goes above and beyond for his customers and really is focussed on what is best for them. His expertise and skills in chair mechanics means you can go to him with anything no matter how small and he will find the time to help you. I’ve been to his shop and the variety of stock is amazing. Anything from top of the range active chairs, to mobility scooters, to children’s chairs and mid range chairs. If he doesn’t have what you’re looking for then nowhere will.
